For their convenience, the refund policy is convenient if the item you ordered arrived damaged or does not match the description, as well as the refund policy that refers to ordering the wrong size, wrong size, duplicates in the order, and the like.

We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after you receive your item to claim it

The return process

If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package with the cost of return shipping to be applied to the customer in cases of regret or inappropriate size. In cases of a damaged product or not matching what you ordered, the store will be responsible for shipping. Items sent to us before making a request for a refund, unexpectedly, without a picture of the item, and an orderly process will not be accepted.

Damages and damaged items
Before shipping the items, we take care of maximum quality control for each and every item that leaves the store. That's why we will always send you the products in new condition and in perfect condition. If you received a damaged product there is always the possibility that it was damaged during shipping. Nevertheless, a courteous response will still be given and the problem will be resolved accordingly.
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as special orders, lingerie including bras, panties, and stockings, or custom made items cannot be returned.
Product replacement
Products can be exchanged within up to 14 business days from the day of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original packaging and unused
