DONA is an online fashion brand that brings quality clothes to your home.
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Processing times, among other things, include a comprehensive check of the integrity of the items in our warehouses to make sure you receive the highest quality products. In exceptional cases of force majeure, natural disasters or wars, there may be delays of 3-5 days of treatment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a large volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipping time of your order, we will contact you by electronic mail (email) or by phone.
Shipping prices and shipping estimate
The shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can choose the delivery method of the package either by self-pickup at no extra charge, or with a courier to your home for an additional 12$ to the total amount of the transaction.

When choosing a self-pickup delivery method, there are several nearby businesses in the area from which you can pick up the package when it arrives. When the package arrives at the business you have chosen, you will receive a notification via text message to the phone you left when placing the order, asking you to come pick up the package. (Therefore, please double-check that the phone number you left is correct).
If it happened and you received a message to pick up the package, and it was not found at the business or alternatively you chose an area close to your home and the delivery was sent to another city please contact us - donagracci@gmail.com

Delivery confirmation and order tracking
At the end of the shipment processing, a tracking number will be sent to you by email through which you can know the status of the shipment and an estimated location when checking the status. To check the shipment status, please copy your tracking number and paste it on the "Track your order" page.

Damages and losses of parcels in the mail
The DONA store will be responsible for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order and it is damaged, please contact us directly and keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter his personal details in the order properly and correctly.
A customer who has not entered a valid phone number and email address will not be able to receive the messages from the shipping company regarding the arrival of the shipment at its destination or coordination with a courier on behalf of the shipping company.
The customer is responsible for updating the correct details and collecting the shipment on time, if the shipment has reached a collection point, the package will wait at the collection point between 7-14 days and then returned to the sender abroad. Unfortunately, packages that have not been picked up are often destroyed by the delivery companies, so it is not possible to receive a refund in the event of non-delivery
A customer who did not collect his shipment on time and did not contact us at customer service to find out by the end of the time that the shipment is at the collection point, will not be entitled to a refund/cancellation of the transaction.
