The List
5 Pieces We're Seeing Everywhere Right Now
The knit vest, the small structured bag, the printed scarf, the chunky white sneaker and gold hardware, the short list running the season.
July 28, 2026

Five pieces keep turning up, in the shop, on the street, and in almost every outfit we've styled this month. None of them are complicated, which is exactly why they work.
1. The knit vest
A layering piece that does the work of a jumper without the bulk. Over a shirt for structure, over nothing for a cleaner line.
2. The small structured bag
Bright, compact and rigid enough to hold its shape. It's the easiest place to put your colour if the rest of your wardrobe is neutral.
3. The printed scarf
Around the neck, knotted on a bag handle, or tied back through a belt loop. Cheap to add, disproportionately effective.
4. The chunky white sneaker
Still the default. It grounds tailoring, softens a dress and stops a colourful outfit from tipping over.
5. Gold hardware
Chain links, signet rings, hoops. Warm metals sit better against this season's palette than cool ones.
